The room had a lovely balcony, nice for some fresh air and a bit of outdoor enjoyment. The bathroom featured a huge sink that felt grand and was clean and spacious, with plenty of hot water for showers.
The beds were uncomfortable, consisting of two single mattresses pushed together that felt old and springy. There was a lack of hot water for two of the seven nights, made for a rather chilly surprise. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, and breakfast items were not permitted to be taken to the room, including even an apple.

The location was great and stunning, really close to Trevi Fountain, public transport, and Via del Boschetto in the center of Rome, Italy, in a fairly quiet area. Plus, a large sunny square was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Comfortable beds in our single room.

The staff provided excellent local insights, even offering a well-marked map of attractions around Rome, made navigating the city much easier.
The breakfast selection had a limited range, and some pastries were already gone by 9 am, leaving little to choose from for late risers.

Had a great stay here. Well-appointed hotel and the location right in the heart of everything was great. Every member of the staff was supper friendly and accommodating. My breakfast was gorgeous and adequate with croissants and also cappuccino.

The breakfast buffet was served during reasonable hours and had a decent variety. The breakfast area was very cute with bright colours and excellent shade from the sun. There was a great variety of restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The hotel was also in excellent walking distance to major sights (Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Forum) and shopping.
There were no "please do not disturb" signs for the door to keep the cleaning ladies out. There was no internet or wi-fi access at the hotel, but a restaurant on the same street gave us their internet password so we could use our ipod. There were no TV channels in English.

clean studio, excellent location, walking distance to attractions
Unpleasant street noise at night!!! Lacking coffee and tea making facilities!!! The shower pressure could be inconsistent at times!!! Rooms felt a bit chilly during the nights!!! Consider adding better heating options!!!

great location but some room concerns
The hotel is situated in a fantastic location in the Monti neighborhood, with numerous excellent restaurants and bars nearby. I really appreciated the cozy room, which met our needs perfectly, including a good shower and a comfortable sleep. The recommendations from Alessandro at the reception were invaluable. The garden view added a nice touch to our experience.
The bathroom could benefit from some maintenance.
